The organization

Quyntess has achieved a leading position in Supply Chain Collaboration, delivering innovative Platform-as-a-Service solutions on the cutting edge of supply chain management, supply chain integration, app and web technology.

With a clear focus on integrated collaborative planning and execution processes with all involved partners in the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, e-Logistics and Supply Chain Sustainability business processes, we have established a growing international customer base.

Our target market consists of larger and global companies, with current clients such as Volkswagen, MAN Truck & Bus, Danone, PepsiCo and GKN Aerospace.

Quyntess solutions leverage open-source standards and technologies such as Universal Business Language (UBL), Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), AngularJS, PostgreSQL, Qlik, BonitaSoft and MuleSoft ESB.

The Quyntess solutions incorporate Agentic AI, for which several agents are already deployed, and new ones are being planned and constructed.

Quyntess solutions are delivered in the form of apps on cloud-based platforms such as Tradeshift, and on its own Quyntess Platform.

Quyntess applies the Scaled Agile SAFe methodology and has just entered its 20th Program Increment.

The job

The Product Owner/RTE (you) we are seeking will play a pivotal role in the Quyntess team responsible to design, extend and deliver our Quyntess Supply Chain Management apps. The Product Owner (PO) role is combined with that of the Release Train Engineer (RTE), described below, in a ratio of about 70% PO to 30% RTE.

The PO not only takes input from the field: (Pre-)Sales and Customer Delivery, but also from his/her own vision, research and earlier experience. The PO turns this into a product roadmap and a Program Increment Planning established once per quarter, in close collaboration with the other stakeholders.

The PO is not afraid to get his or her hands dirty on use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans/cases and release notes. Jointly with the System Architects, he/she takes responsibility for promoting new releases to the sandbox and production environments. The Product Owner keeps a sharp eye on the market for competing and complementary software solutions, thus helping to ensure the Quyntess SCM apps stay ahead of the competition.

In the role of RTE, you are responsible for preparing and moderating the quarterly Program Increment Planning Events (PIPE) and following up on the PI execution. The latter means for example to conduct weekly Scrum-of-Scrum meetings, Product Owner syncs, and to organize the System Demo once per iteration.
